Do Apartamentos Atxuri have 24-hour reception?
Yes, of course. You can contact us throughout the day. From 9am to 9pm, a person from reception will attend to you in person. After 9pm, you can reach us by phone on +34 633 31 46 09 and we will come to your apartment if you need us to.
What time do I have to check in and check out?
The check in is from 3pm until 9pm. In the event that you wish to check in later than 9pm, you must complete both the payment and the pre-check in. To do so, please contact us on +34 633 31 46 09 and we will provide you with the necessary information.
Departure or checkout is at 12:00 noon, except for bookings made on the website, where checkout is possible until 1:00pm, subject to availability.
Do the tourist apartments provide me with everything I need during my holiday in Bilbao? What amenities does each apartment have?
Our apartments have everything you need to feel at home during your holidays in Bilbao. You will find a desk, TV or Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, fridge, kitchenware (crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils), Italian coffee maker and juicer. In addition, there is an iron and a welcome cleaning kit. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and hairdryer.
All apartments are heated and the Premium Apartments also have air conditioning and a capsule coffee machine.
I am looking for a apartment in Bilbao with parking, do you have a private garage?
Yes, we have private parking which costs €16 per day and cannot be booked in advance. Availability is indicated on arrival. The car park can be accessed from 3pm and departure must be before 12:00 noon.
We are a family with children and we are going to Bilbao for our holiday. Do children stay free of charge? If so, up to what age?
Children 0-2 years stay free of charge when sharing a bed or using a baby cot (baby cot on request and subject to availability).
Is the apartment cleaning service included in the price?
Included in the booking is 1 cleaning visit every 7 days. And of course, we take care of making sure the accommodation is cleaned at the end of your stay. We also have a daily cleaning service available at an extra cost.
I am looking for long-term accommodation near the city centre, could I stay more than one month at Apartamentos Atxuri?
Apartamentos Atxuri are designed for stays over a period of days, months or longer. Whether you are a digital nomad wanting to telecommute, a student coming to do a course in Bilbao or you simply want to enjoy the city and its surroundings for a longer period of time, feel free to get in touch.
I am looking for a holiday rental near the Old Town of Bilbao and the city centre. Is Apartamentos Atxuri close to these parts of the city?
Yes! Just a few minutes' walk from the apartments, you will find some of the city's iconic landmarks, such as the Old Town, the Ribera Market and the Cathedral of Santiago. What's more, the city is well connected! There is easy access to the AP8 motorway and our proximity to the bus, metro and tram means you can discover Bilbao and the surrounding area quickly and easily.
Is there a supermarket nearby where I can do my grocery shopping?
Yes, there is an Eroski supermarket 8 minutes walk away and a Carrefour Express 11 minutes away. There is also a Mercadona just a few minutes' drive away.
Are tourists allowed to bring their pets when staying at Apartamentos Atxuri?
If you want to stay in one of our Standard 1-Bedroom Apartments or Standard 2-Bedroom Apartments in Bilbao, you can bring your pet with you for a supplement which is indicated when you make your booking.
